The Jolly nature with 32 Speed SP is the core gimmick: before Mega Evolution it outspeeds Weavile under Tailwind, and after Mega Evolution it still outruns Garchomp. Wide Guard is essential for shielding the team against spread moves while Rain's spread attacks punish opponents. The 2 HP SP provides a small bulk buffer.
