This Mega Charizard Y prioritizes durability over raw power. Unlike most Drought builds, the spread distributes EVs across HP, Defense, Special Defense, and Speed rather than maxing Special Attack. The goal is surviving long enough for Venusaur to land Sleep Powder. Drought sets Sun for Heat Wave spam and Venusaur's Chlorophyll activation. Weather Ball becomes a 100 BP Fire move in Sun. Solar Beam fires without charge. Raichu's Lightning Rod removes the Electric weakness entirely.
