Basculegion-M is the team's only conventionally fast attacker, providing an option when Trick Room is unfavorable or when the opponent runs opposing speed control. Maxed Attack and Speed SP with Adamant nature makes it a powerful threat in normal turn order. Adaptability doubles STAB multiplier, making Liquidation hit extremely hard. Aqua Jet provides priority coverage. Last Respects gains power as teammates faint, making it increasingly threatening late game. Focus Sash ensures it survives at least one hit, guaranteeing at least one action.
