Adaptability turns the same-type attack bonus into a 2x multiplier, making Wave Crash hit devastatingly hard in rain and Last Respects scale absurdly as team members fall. Aqua Jet provides priority when Scarf speed is not enough. Flip Turn lets it pivot out to bring in Sableye or Archaludon safely. The small Def and SpD investments may absorb specific hits but the set is primarily built around pure offensive presence to threaten and clean.
