The Choice Scarf provides additional Speed on top of Tailwind, making it extremely fast and difficult to outrun. Aqua Jet offers priority coverage and Last Respects scales in power for each fainted teammate, making it a devastating late-game cleaner. Flip Turn pivots out while dealing damage, enabling safe switches into Pelipper to refresh Rain. Maximum Attack and Speed investment (32 SP each) maximizes its offensive output.
