Jolly nature and maxed Attack and Speed SP means Wave Crash hits like a freight train without needing Tailwind support. Aqua Jet provides a priority backup, Last Respects scales damage as teammates faint, and Flip Turn lets it pivot out to bring in a better matchup while still dealing damage.
