Flash Cannon handles Fairy types. Draco Meteor provides Dragon coverage. Modest maxed HP and Special Attack. Magnet amplifies Electric moves. The Stamina strategy is the win condition. Deliberate self-hitting via Population Bomb creates a Body Press threat that KOs even the bulkiest opposing Pokémon.
