Stamina raises Defense one stage each time it is hit, stacking with Light Screen and Leftovers plus Grassy Terrain recovery (up to 12.5% HP per turn from stacked sources). Modest nature with 5 SpA SP lets it threaten immediately rather than playing pure wall. The 27 HP SP maximises divisible-by-16 HP for maximum Grassy Terrain and Leftovers recovery per turn. Def and SpDef investment lets it survive Jolly Sneasler Close Combat and general special attacks behind Light Screen.
