Archaludon runs a bulky Bold spread maximizing HP and Special Defense to survive heat waves from Charizard and Fairy-type attacks from Xerneas. Stamina accumulates physical Defense boosts every time opponents target it, making it progressively harder to remove. Electro Shot fires immediately in rain with a built-in Special Attack boost, letting Archaludon threaten chip and clean simultaneously. Flash Cannon handles incoming Fairy types and Dragon Pulse provides accurate neutral coverage. Leftovers sustains it across extended exchanges, and the 3 Spe points allow it to outspeed Choice Scarf Basculegion under Tailwind.
