Weather Ball becomes a 100 BP Fire move under Torkoal's Sun. Draco Meteor is the single-target Dragon nuke for precision KOs. Mixed HP and Defense investment provides bulk for surviving the Trick Room window. Sun plus Trick Room plus spread Hyper Voice creates a coverage combination that is difficult to answer with a single defensive Pokémon.
