Mega Alakazam is one of the fastest Pokémon in the format after Mega Evolution. Expanding Force under Psychic Terrain becomes a 130 BP spread Psychic move hitting both opponents simultaneously. Combined with Calm Mind and terrain boost, it deals enormous damage. Trace copies the opposing ability before Mega Evolution. Dazzling Gleam covers Dark types immune to Psychic. Timid with maxed Speed and Special Attack maximizes output. The plan: Meowstic sets terrain via Prankster priority, Alakazam gets one Calm Mind, Expanding Force hits the field.
