Jolly max Speed with 32 Spe SP ensures it outspeeds the field for Tailwind setup without a Scarf. Max Attack SP maximizes Rock Slide damage for clean KO pressure on Talonflame and Charizard. Unnerve shuts off berry recovery on defensive pivots, making them easier to chip and remove. Focus Sash guarantees at minimum one action even against priority or surprise coverage, keeping Tailwind access reliable.
